The COVID-19 pandemic is a worldwide source of concern. It is becoming increasingly clear that the situation will alter - perhaps in some ways permanently - many aspects of how we live our lives, from social gatherings, to travel, to how and where we work. 

One thing that the pandemic will NOT alter is our company's core mission: to provide outstanding connectivity services at the best value to our customers.


How is Red Pocket Mobile helping existing and new customers during COVID-19?

Red Pocket Mobile is following guidance from public health authorities to help slow the spread of COVID-19. This includes both the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

To the extent possible, all Red Pocket Mobile personnel are working remotely in order to ensure that we continue to provide uninterrupted, excellent customer service and support. Our fulfillment providers are still operating in a safe manner and are shipping out new SIM and device orders to help keep you connected.

In these times of crisis, Red Pocket Mobile is here to support you. If you are suffering a catastrophic loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic, please email relief@redpocket.com and we will do everything we can to keep you connected. 

PLEASE NOTE: to date, our underlying major carriers for the CDMA and GSMT networks have not offered any concessions related to the COVID-19 impact to us, that we could pass on to you, our customers.

As an American business ourselves, we therefore ask that only those truly and directly impacted by COVID-19 contact the relief team so that we can better focus our efforts and resources on those who truly need help.
