Once you’ve received your tablet in the mail, complete the following steps to set it up:
Step 1: Make sure the tablet is turned OFF.
Step 2: Insert your Red Pocket Mobile SIM card into your tablet device, using the micro-SIM size (middle size). The SIM card arrives separately from the tablet device. Your tablet will arrive in a box, your SIM card will arrive in an envelope.
Where do I put the SIM card? With your tablet’s screen facing you, look on the top of the device.
You'll find three slots. From left to right, you’ll find the Charger slot, Memory or SD card slot, and then finally, the SIM card slot.
Insert your micro Red Pocket Mobile SIM card into the SIM card slot with the numbers facing you and the edge on the upper left-hand corner.
Step 3: Turn your tablet device on and allow up to 15 minutes for the device to acquire a wireless signal. This extensive connection time will only occur the first time you insert your SIM into your tablet device. If your tablet is reading the SIM card but no data connection has been established you may need to manually configure the APN. For instructions, click here.
Step 4: Connect! Your device should receive an internet connection from your activated Red Pocket Mobile SIM card automatically.
Can I make phone calls with my ACP Tablet?
Your tablet does not have cellular calling capabilities. You can however use your tablet device with a VoIP calling application, like Skype or WhatsApp by downloading these applications from the Google Play store. Skype and WhatsApp will allow you to make and receive calls and text messages to phone numbers, with limitations, using the internet.

How do I download applications to my tablet?
Download applications to your Hyundai tablet by opening up the Google Play application on your tablet screen. Make sure to create or sign in to a Google account to download apps. You do not need credit card or payment information to download free applications! If you see a popup asking you to enter payment information, scroll down the popup to find the decline option. For paid apps, payment information will be required.
