Check your account IMEI or MEID number for accuracy

To prevent service interruptions, make sure your device’s MEID or IMEI matches the number listed on your RedPocket Mobile account.

  1. Log in to your account at redpocket.com/my-lines.

  2. Select the affected line.

  3. Scroll down and click Line Summary.

  4. Confirm that the IMEI or MEID on your account matches the ID number on your device.

  5. Also verify that the SIM card ICCID on your account matches the ICCID printed on your RedPocket Mobile SIM card.

If any of the numbers do not match, click the pencil icon next to the Device ID or ICCID to update them.
