# Check your account IMEI or MEID number for accuracy

To prevent service interruptions, make sure your device’s **MEID or IMEI** matches the number listed on your RedPocket Mobile account.

1. Log in to your account at [redpocket.com/my-lines](http://redpocket.com/my-lines).
2. Select the affected line.
3. Scroll down and click **Line Summary**.
4. Confirm that the **IMEI or MEID** on your account matches the ID number on your device.
5. Also verify that the **SIM card ICCID** on your account matches the ICCID printed on your RedPocket Mobile SIM card.

If any of the numbers do not match, click the **pencil icon** next to the Device ID or ICCID to update them.
