To replace the SIM that is currently associated with your line, start by logging in at redpocket.com/my-lines.
- Click on the Summary tab.
- Click Replace the SIM or eSIM.
- You'll see four different replacement options:
- Switch to a physical SIM I own
- Switch to an eSIM I own
- Purchase a new eSIM
- Purchase a new physical SIM
Purchase a new eSIM
Choose this option to replace your line's SIM if you have not yet purchased or received a replacement eSIM.
Complete checkout and then return to the Summary tab when you are finished to apply your new SIM to your line.
Purchase a new physical SIM
Choose this option to replace your line's SIM if you have not yet purchased or received a replacement SIM card.
Checkout and then wait for your SIM card to arrive in the mail. Once you receive it, return to the Summary tab when you are finished to apply your new SIM card to your line.
Switch to a physical SIM I own
Select this option if you have already purchased and received a RedPocket Mobile SIM card that needs to be inserted into your device. This includes SIMs purchased from RedPocket or official third party retailers.
Note that, any pre-loaded plan associated with your SIM will be forfeited if it's applied to an existing account. Enter your Confirmation Code to apply the SIM to your line.
Confirm your identity by entering the PIN code we send you. Then, your new SIM card ICCID number will be assigned.
You can safely discard your old SIM card.
Insert your new SIM card into your device and follow the necessary APN configuration steps to ensure proper connectivity. For detailed instructions on setting up your APN, please visit redpocket.com/configure.
Switch to an eSIM I own
Select this option if you have already purchased and received a RedPocket Mobile SIM card that can be installed onto your device by scanning a QR code or entering your activation code in your phone's settings.
Note that, any pre-loaded plan associated with your SIM will be forfeited if it's applied to an existing account. Enter your Confirmation Code to apply the SIM to your line.
Confirm your identity by entering the PIN code sent to you. Then, your new SIM number will be assigned.
You can safely discard your old SIM card.
Insert your new SIM card into your device and follow the necessary APN configuration steps to ensure proper connectivity. For detailed instructions on setting up your APN, please visit redpocket.com/configure.
Are you affected by the 3G shutdown?
3G connectivity is being discontinued. This means, if your phone is not VoLTE capable, it will not receive a signal. Click here to learn more about the 3G shutdown.
In addition to a compatible phone, your SIM card must be VoLTE compatible as well. Older SIMs may not work with newer, VoLTE phones. If this applies to you, and you are using an older SIM card that is not working with your newer VoLTE phone, we will need to ship you a replacement SIM card. Please contact our customer support and they will happily re-verify your device and send you a new sim if needed.
