Fixing the TickTalk Watch 'SIM not found' error

To resolve the SIM Card Not Found message, confirm that the SIM card ICCID number on your account matches the ICCID printed on the back of your SIM card.

  1. Log in to your account at redpocket.com/my-lines.

  2. Select the affected line.

  3. Scroll down and click on Line Summary.

  4. Verify that the SIM card ICCID listed on your account matches the ICCID on your RedPocket Mobile SIM card.

If the ICCID numbers do not match, click the pencil icon next to the SIM card number to update it.

 
Where to find my SIM card ICCID

Your SIM card ICCID can be found:

  • On the insert included with your SIM card delivery

  • On the back of the SIM card itself (the side that inserts into your device)
