What time of day does my plan renew?
Your plan renews automatically, on your line's renewal date. If you're enrolled in auto-pay, we will bill you 2 days before your renewal date.
The time your plan renews varies depending on the network you select:
CDMA Network - Your plan renews in Eastern Time
GSMA Network - Your plan renews in Central Time
GSMT Network - Your plan renews in Pacific Time
When your renewal date arrives, you will automatically be charged for your plan and any added services (like Visual Voicemail) that you have signed up for.
