What time of day does my plan renew?

Your plan renews automatically on your line’s renewal date. If you’re enrolled in Auto Pay, your payment will be processed two days before the renewal date to help prevent any service interruption.

Your plan’s renewal time depends on the network you’re using:

  • CDMA Network: Renewals process in Eastern (ET) Time

  • GSMA Network: Renewals process in Central (CT) Time

  • GSMT Network: Renewals process in Pacific (PT) Time

On your billing date, you’ll be automatically charged for your plan, along with any applicable taxes and fees and any add-on services you’ve selected, such as Visual Voicemail.
