Red Pocket Mobile CDMA now has 5G

Red Pocket Mobile's CDMA network is undergoing a much-anticipated update! 5G is now available on the CDMA network and compatible devices running on CDMA will receive this update automatically.

If your phone is running on the CDMA network, and service is "unavailable" please reboot your device. The 5G update is being sent over the air and a reboot is necessary to provision your service.

Please note the difference between a "hard" or factory reset, and a reboot: A factory reset removes all of your device data, including photos, documents, and applications downloaded. It returns your device to the state it was in when it left the factory.

A reboot is simply turning your phone off and then on again after a short period of time.

We recommend a reboot, not a hard reset.
