How can I find my order number or receipt?

Login to your online account to retrieve your order number. Click on Account History, then Order History. Your order receipt is sent to you by email.

Find your order number online by logging in at redpocket.com/my-lines. Click on Account History > Order History.

You can find your order number online, however you cannot find your confirmation number here.

Check your email for your order receipt

Search your email for the subject "Your order has shipped" or "Your Red Pocket Mobile receipt". You can also search for emails coming from support@redpocket.com.

The email we send you after your order has been made is your order receipt. It will contain your order number or confirmation number.
