How can I find my order number or receipt?

Log into your account 

Find your order number online by logging in at redpocket.com/my-lines. Click on Account History then Order History. 

Note: You can find your order number from your online account, however you will not find your Confirmation Code there.  Check your emailed order receipt or read our article to learn how to find your confirmation code

Check your emailed order receipt

Search your email for the subject "Your order has shipped", "Your Red Pocket Mobile receipt" or "Welcome to RedPocket Mobile".  You can also search for emails coming from support@redpocket.com.

The email we send you after your order is placed is your order receipt. It will contain your order number and Confirmation Code.
