How can I find my order number or receipt?

To find your order number  check your online account or check your email. Your order receipt was sent to your after your order was placed and your order receipt contains your order number.

Note: Your confirmation code will not appear in your online account. Check your order receipt in your email. Read What is a confirmation code and how do I find it? to learn more. 

Check your online account

1. Go to redpocket.com/my-lines and sign in.

2. Once logged in, click Billing.

3. Click Order History.

4. Click on your Invoice Number.

5. Complete the captcha. 
6. Submit the request for a copy of your receipt. 

The receipt will be re-sent to the original email address used for your order. 

Check your email

Check your email for your order receipt. Look for messages with these subjects:

• “Your order has shipped”

• “Your RedPocket Mobile receipt”

• “Welcome to RedPocket Mobile”

Your order receipt email contains both your order number and your confirmation code.
