Your payment is submitted automatically
Your plan renews automatically, on your line's renewal date. If you're enrolled in auto-pay, we will bill you 2 days before your renewal date. The renewal date, depending on the plan you have signed up for, is set based on the day you activated your SIM card.
The time your plan renews varies depending on the network you select:
- CDMA Network - Your plan renews in Eastern Time
- GSMA Network - Your plan renews in Central Time
- GSMT Network - Your plan renews in Pacific Time
Two (2) days before your renewal date arrives, you will automatically be charged for your plan and any added services that you have signed up for, like Visual Voicemail. Payment will be posted to the payment method used during activation.
You can manage auto-pay from redpocket.com/my-lines, by scrolling down to the Subscriptions section. Click here to learn more about auto-pay.
RedPocket accepts all major credit and debit cards for all orders, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express.
How to make a one-time payment
If you have not enrolled in auto-pay, you can submit payment manually. When your line's renewal date arrives, your line will enter into an "Airtime Expired" status. This means you cannot use the service until you submit payment.
Log into redpocket.com/my-lines and click on your line. Click UPGRADE NOW, and select a plan. You can select the plan your line is already on, or choose a new plan.
If you want the change to occur immediately, click "Change the plan now and forfeit remaining balances." Your renewal date will be changed. Your new renewal date will be 30 days after you submit the payment. Any additional minutes, text messages, or high-speed data in your line will be forfeited. Submitting payment immediately will be the only option if your line is within an "Airtime Expired" status.
If your line status is "Active," and you want the change to occur on the date and time your line's billing cycle renews, click "Change this plan on my renewal date." This can help you keep your plan up to date and avoid service interruptions without forfeiting your line's current balances.
Whenever your Renewal Date arrives, you will be charged for the new plan's price.
Renewing my line using an eBay PIN
There are two types of plan PINs: refill PINs and Activation PINs. If you are activating a brand new line and applying a pre-paid plan, use the activation PIN. Click here to learn more about Activation PINs.
If you are refilling an existing line or using a PIN to submit payment for your next month or year of service, you'll use a refill PIN.
To apply a refill PIN, log in to your account at redpocket.com/login and click on your line. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the PIN Code section.
Enter your PIN code to apply your plan.
Please note!
If you are refilling your account with the same plan, after entering a refill PIN, your new plan will be applied immediately and the unused days or balances of service will be stacked. This means your renewal date will be updated to 12 months from the date of the refill.
If you are refilling your account with a different plan, your previous plan's remaining balances (minutes, text messages, and data) will be forfeited.
Please apply a new refill PIN code to your account towards the end of your billing cycle.
