Check the lock status of an iPhone

Checking the lock status of your iPhone is easy:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Tap General.

    In Settings menu tap General

  3. Tap on About. 

    In General menu, tap About

  4. Under Carrier Lock, look for "No SIM restrictions".

If you do not see this message, contact your wireless carrier. If you have a locked RedPocket Mobile phone and are interested in unlocking it, read our Unlock Policy. 

 

Will activating an eSIM lock my iPhone to Red Pocket Mobile?

Using a RedPocket eSIM does not affect your device’s lock status.
