      iPhone eSIM and unlocking

      How do I know if my iPhone is unlocked?

      Checking the lock status of your iPhone is easy.

      1. Go to Settings > General.
      2. Tap on About. 
      3. Under Carrier Lock, you should see a message that says "No SIM restrictions."

      If you do not see this message, contact your wireless carrier. If you have a Red Pocket Mobile phone and are interested in unlocking it, read our Unlock Policy. 

       

      Will activating an eSIM lock my iPhone to Red Pocket Mobile?

      Important: Please allow 5 minutes before trying to activate your eSIM.
