  • Unlimited hardware warranty for electrical and mechanical malfunctions with no processing fees. These service requests do not count against your limit.
  • Apple-certified repair or replacement with genuine Apple parts.
  • 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone.
  • Low service fees - $29 for screen damage or $99 for any other damage.

  • Coverage for loss, theft, accidental damage from handling (including liquid damage), and malfunction - up to 3 approved claims per year! 2 of which can be for accidental damage and 1 of which can be for loss or theft.

    Important! Find My Phone must be enabled at the time of the loss to file a claim. 

  • Unlimited hardware warranty for electrical and mechanical malfunctions with no deductibles. These claims do not count against your limit.
  • Apple-certified repair or replacement with genuine Apple parts.
  • 24/7 priority access to Apple experts by chat or phone.
  • Low service fees - $29 for screen damage or $99 for any other damage.

Please Note: If you are not located in one of the above states, you can still enroll in our standard Phone Protection plan with AppleCare Services. This plan is slightly different from Phone Protection Plus and does not include loss and theft protection. 


 

How do I sign up?

Sign up for one of the phone protection plans when you purchase your new iPhone.  

If you decide to purchase your iPhone first and then sign up for protection later, be sure to sign up for a compatible phone protection plan within 60 days of your iPhone purchase. Your online RedPocket Mobile account must be active, and your Device ID must be attached to your account.

To see your Device ID:

  1. Login at redpocket.com/my-lines.
  2. Click on “Get/Manage Add-Ons”.
  3. Then, click on the “Other Add-Ons” category.
  4. Select the device protection plan you’d like to enroll in. 

 

Please Note: If you choose Phone Protection Plus with AppleCare Services, make sure to enable the Find My iPhone feature on your device when you activate the protection plan. This feature must be enabled at the time of loss for you to be eligible to file a claim for loss or theft. 


 

Not seeing your Device ID?

Make sure to complete the setup process which includes, activating your SIM card by going to redpocket.com/activate, inserting your SIM card into your phone, and configuring your APN internet settings. 

 

How do I file a claim or service request?

Your coverage begins immediately upon enrollment. File a claim or service request within 60 days of the device incident occurring. Please visit Likewize's Online Portal to start a claim.
