Emergency Broad Benefit (EBB) Program

What is the EBB program? How does the EBB program work? 

The Emergency Broadband Benefit (EBB) Program is a government-funded initiative offered by the Federal Communication Commission and provides support for broadband services and certain devices to help low-income households stay connected during the COVID-19 pandemic. How do I apply?

At this time, any customer who is a resident of the following states is eligible to submit an application:

You can confirm your eligibility by visiting http://assist.redpocket.com/. Additional qualification requirements will apply. 

What will be offered with this program?
For qualifying households, the EBB program will provide unlimited talk, text, and 30GB of high-speed data for FREE every month for the duration of the program on the Red Pocket Mobile GSMA network. 

What if I am already an existing customer with Red Pocket? 

The same eligibility requirements and qualification process apply to existing Red Pocket Mobile customers. You will have to get a new number.

When will my service begin?

If you are qualified, you’ll receive a SIM card in the mail. You can activate it at redpocket.com/activate. Your account and service will begin once you activate it.
