Why am I being asked to verify my international phone call?

As a security measure, you may be asked to enter a verification code the first time you place a phone call to certain countries. When prompted, press 1 to receive your code via text message or press 2 for customer service. Once verified, you will not be asked to complete this process again for future calls to the same country. Calls to a different country however may require verification. 

 

I cannot receive my verification code

If you are not receiving text messages, make sure you have completed the setup steps, including APN configuration. If the problem continues after APN configuration, try to place your phone call again and press 2 when prompted for support assistance.
