Why am I being asked to verify my international phone call?

RedPocket offers free international calling with all of our plans. As a security measure, you may be asked to enter a verification code the first time you place a call to certain countries. 

 

How to verify your call

When prompted, press 1 to receive your verification code via text message, or press 2 to reach customer service. Once verified, you will not be asked to complete this process again for future calls to the same country. However, calls to a different country may require additional verification.

If you cannot receive your code

If you are not receiving text messages, make sure you have completed all required setup steps, including APN configuration, if necessary. If the issue continues, try placing the call again and press 2 when prompted to receive support assistance, or visit redpocket.com/contact-us.
