Are all RedPocket Mobile customers able to use an eSIM?

New RedPocket customers:

If you’re a new customer who hasn’t signed up with RedPocket yet, you can use an eSIM—as long as your phone is eSIM compatible and GSM unlocked. Click here for a list of compatible devices.

To get started, purchase a RedPocket Mobile eSIM from redpocket.com/plans, redpocket.com/annual, or shop for a phone and select a plan with your device. Your plan will be delivered as an eSIM, ready to activate.

Existing RedPocket customers:

If you're an existing customer, you can absolutely switch to an eSIM! If you have an eSIM compatible GSM unlocked phone, you can swap your existing physical SIM card for an eSIM by using the CoverageGenius tool or replace the SIM on your account from the account's Line Summary page.
