New Red Pocket Mobile customers can use eSIM on iPhone, as long as:
- You own or purchase an iPhone that supports eSIM. Click here for a list of compatible phones.
- You purchase a new Red Pocket Mobile eSIM from redpocket.com/plans, redpocket.com/annual, or you've selected a plan to bundle with your iPhone order.
- You select the GSMA network.
Existing Red Pocket Mobile customers can use eSIM on iPhone, as long as:
- You own or purchase an iPhone that supports eSIM. Click here for a list of compatible phones.
- You are using the GSMA network, or are comfortable switching from your current network to the GSMA network.
- You request a swap for your physical SIM to an eSIM
Please note that customers who are currently using eSIM will still need to request an eSIM swap if switching from one device to another. Your new device will require a new SIM, as eSIMs cannot currently be transferred from one phone to another.
