Note: Prepaid wireless accounts all have Account Numbers and Passwords, even if you don't know them. Sometimes the account numbers are using for billing or account management purposes and won't help you transfer your number to a new carrier. When you contact your old wireless provider, request your Account Number and PIN code specifically for number transfer purposes., to ensure a smooth port-in process.
- Visit redpocket.com/activate and enter your Confirmation Code. During activation, select the Transfer Number option. This will open up the number transfer request form.
- Please fill out the form completely. Any inaccurate information can delay the number transfer process. You'll be asked to enter your Account number and PIN code.
- If all the information that you provide on our website is accepted by your previous carrier, the number transfer process will begin. It can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours to complete the number transfer.
Note that: porting in a landline number can take about 14 working days.
Your eSIM is not involved in the number transfer process.
The number transfer process is handled entirely during the activation process. Once your phone number transfer has been confirmed (we'll update you by email) you can start the eSIM installation process on your phone.
